PLACENTIA AND SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA — It has been 104 years since the San Francisco earthquake and a great deal has changed in the way of building codes since then.
Because of the fires that burned out of control after the earthquake, it may come as no surprise that the face of San Francisco fire protection also began to change in the years following the earthquake.
